haha shall start with my usual standard line which always happen: havent posted for a long time!

okay school has started for 2 weeks. the first week was boring and dry and time went past at snail's pace. lectures and stupid english diagnostic tests which i crapped for the essay and didnt know how to do like half the paper for the grammar one. D: econs lecture was quite interesting though. haha which was why i decided to take econs even though actl i think it's going to be boring = =

ohoh significant event of last week was ISYF! though i generally hate keynote addresses, the 2nd day's keynote address was quite interesting. even though i dont really like quantum physics = = but seriously, the thought of a parallel universe is damn cool. it would explain why i always have the dejavu feeling. haha learnt about it in fringe actl, not the talk >< fringe is super cool btw, will recommend everyone esp. people who love physics to watch. actl that doesnt make sense coz i dont like physics but i love that show :D okay enough of digressing. back to isyf~ i thought the most interesting part of it was the students' presentation. especially the bacterial plastics one O: that's quite ironic actl coz the attractive thing abt isyf is supposed to be the appearance of nobel laureates ._.

hmm then this week! passed so much quickly compared to last week! probably because of the 2 days' break and a super slack monday. and ORIENTATION!! (OG08!) was feeling very D: about it cause there wasnt a single person that i knew in the group. but haha 2 days have passed and we're all getting quite acquainted :D this is the nice part about making friends. after the intial awkward moment usually things go quite well. and everyone in my OG is nice! yayness.

shall not bother listing everyone in the group since there are so many people O: oh there's this HCNP guy in my group named benny and i nvr knew of his existence before orientation :X

hmmm yest's games were quite fun! tyco-ly won 4 games out of 5. hahaha didnt really cheer alot though. cheered but havent gotten the high 到暴 feeling yet! and there was SODACHE again! i like sodache! (: paired with zhaoxun for the dance haha. erm we were both quite lost i think ._. but it was fun (: almost lost my voice yest cause i forgot how to use my diaphragm! D: but it's back today :D

okay my post is getting random.

ermerm went for canoeing tryouts after orientation~ quite = = cause by the time we reached they were ending off their session haha but no choice, thought that there was no other time that we could make it. not that we couldnt make it today actl but my mum doesnt allow me to go! but im really really very tempted to join! but need to get past my mum first D: HOW! sighs. parents are problematic. ): the only times when i get my way when my mum doesnt allow is when i dont tell her the truth = = like that time biking at ubin! told her that we WERENT going to bike..(though i doubt she believed it, but it's the assurance she needs i guess) but how to cheat my way through 2 years of CCA!! ): ): needs to think of some way to convince her. convince her that i wont die that easily. = = any suggestions anyone?

and went for OG dinner at pizza hut (bukit timah plaza!) after tryouts! not bad right haha by the time i reached the food just arrived :D yay glad that i didnt missed the dinner in the end (: talked a bit and played some games one game actually and then found a corner (okay it wasnt really a corner) at bkt timah plaza and sat down and talked~ played truth or dare actl but spent more time talking = = didnt really have much to talk about but it was nice just sitting there. seriously. went home at 9 cause theodore (OGL!) was complaining that he was abt to fall asleep. haha.
