hahaha I feel like a telephone operator xD

so here goes:

Day One
Took the jetstar flight to Taoyuan airport. haha the boarding of plane was epic cause we saw the last boarding time or something on the plane ticket as the time when you can start boarding so we were rushing to the departure gate and half running through the departure hall with pinky in the lead. so surprising right usually she's the one refusing to run :P so we decided that she was just anxious to meet julian ;) and it was so funny because it was like the time when squadmates ran through bugis to find seoul garden to meet ma'ams for dalt dinner so that we wouldnt be too late. sigh sqms ah.. *shakes head and pretends not to be involved* 这可以算是江山一改，本性难移吗?

oh yeah and special thanks to meichun, walter, jiayuin and cong for coming to send us off! ^^

Day Two
tada! reached taoyuan airport at (almost) exactly 0000hrs. actually i think it was cause we spent too long at the toilet after we landed -.- oh yeah and matthew lim was the entertainer of the day trip. Let me copy the conver from pink's blog heh too lazy to type.

When we were going to land, matt was wearing his jacket with the hood covering his face, and this flight attendant came and said:
Him: Excuse me, hi.
Me Pinky: *Looks at him thinking that he called me*
Him: *Waves his hand in front of matt's face, who obviously can't see cos his eyes were covered by the hood*
Me Pinky: *Nudges matt*
Matt: *Takes out his hood and looks at the air steward blur-ly*
Him: Hi you may want to refrain from wearing your jacket this way as it may impede your escaping. :)

thanks pinky for the recount *bows* it was really damn funny!

met julian at the airport and his uncle and cousin came to fetch us too so nice ;) hee and that was the day julian became our daddy for the trip. cause when we reached the house at 景美 he needed to tell us stuff about where to throw our rubbish etc so he went "eh everyone gather gather" at the living room hahah like we were going to have a family meeting. and he kept asking us if we wanted hot water cause it was cold and taught us how to use the tap and made our bed for us (as in arrange the mattress and pillow and blankets). so daddy-ish right! ohoh and he "scolded" us for not arranging our shoes properly :P hahaha i was telling cynthia and yanting at our class chalet and we kept laughing at him hee but he's really super nice (Y) it's an honour to have him as our daddy xD and so pinky became our mummy even though her only mummy attribute is being aunty and excited when she sees cheap shoes/clothes haha!

ate 锅贴，水胶 and 贡丸汤 for brunch! the 锅贴 was damn nice i'm craving for all the tw food now ):

met tung and her family after that who came down specially from taoyuan! yay tungyijung is such a cute girl ;) my shitou eh *lays claim to her* then we shopped at 五分埔 where there was a lot of clothes and shoes and everything. ah one of the best shopping places there (: plus the stuff was quite cheap. haha and when tung was leaving we all took photos with her like she was some celebrity.


went back home after that. if i rmbed correctly siu paraded in all her new clothes i swear she parades around HAHA and me siu and chuxi who were sharing a room slept late cause we were having htht xD

Day Three

went 九份 and 金瓜石 to sightsee! lazy to type so i shall just post some photos here :D

this was taken on the train ride to jiufen (: i like this photo haha cause it looks like pinky is sleeping unglamly but she was actually just looking at something on the train ceiling or sth. :P hmm actually if you stare closely enough you can see her eyeball -.-

and matthew the entertainer at work:

we took quite long to adjust his posture for this one haha!

went back early and had dinner at this thai restaurant near our apartment which was really quite nice. plus we went rather late so after a while we had the whole restaurant to ourselves ;)

explored the 夜市before going home since we had nothing to do and matthew lim was particularly obsessed with food and kept making me laugh homg. here are some conver excerpts:

Pinky/Siu: "Eh I'm quite cold leh"
Matt: "You want food?"
----------------------------------------------------------
Siu: "Eh sqms i go 隔壁看看okay"
Matt: "She going to buy food?"
*Siu walking out of store holding 甘梅署条that she bought earlier*
Matt: "Can i have some more?" *follows*
Everyone: *stares and bursts out laughing*

on the way back home...
Matt: "EH EH EH" *excited voice* "there got sth sth 饼leh!"
... homg. and the signboard stated 小米葱油饼 btw.

and at home while looking at the itinerary for the following day..
Matt: "Is the museum interesting? Cause no food there."

and since i was on the topic of matt's wonderful chinese let me share an interesting incident on matthew lim and bras.

one fine day, while we were walking along the streets of 西门町 matt asked what bra is called in chinese. being ever so obliging we said "香草". then matt questioned "isnt that some food?" and we said oh yes it refers to vanilla as well but in taiwan they call bra 香草 cause the people in ancient times used grass to make bras instead of cloth.

then that night or some other night we were walking pass this lingerie shop at the 夜市near our apartment and we said "eh matt got 香草leh!" and matt replied "I KNOW WHAT IT'S CALLED ALR ITS CALLED .... 胸罩!" as a measure of how loudly he shouted, pinky and julian who were walking abt 3m in front turned around and gave an amused expression. i cant begin to imagine what the shopkeeper thought :P

ohmy and im only halfway through the trip D: see what happened to my short post ): shall go sleep now and continue another day. sqms are going jiaolian's cc to 走狮tmrw and i cant go. i am sad. ):
